Creative Science Systems strengthens executive team with additions of Oracle, eBay and FNC executive hires.

Industry Innovator for SOA solutions announces the additions of Mary Cho as Director of CSS Asia Pacific, Al Dalupan as Director of U.S. Sales & Marketing and James Moon as a member of the Advisory Board of Directors.

Campbell, CA - January 3, 2006: Creative Science Systems (CSS), a provider of Any-to-Any Enterprise Connectivity Solutions for the Real Time Enterprise, today announced the additions of Mary Cho, Al Dalupan and James Moon to the executive team.

The global market for providing SOAs is ready for a new player and all of these individuals know how to reach customers, build strong relationships and deliver measurable results."

Mary Cho will head up CSS operations for the Asia Pacific region and will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, operation setup as well as customer and partner sales. With over 20 years of varied experiences in selling enterprise software and enterprise consulting services to large multinational corporations, Mary will play a vital role in establishing CSS presence in Asia. Mary's past experiences include key positions with Oracle Corporation (both USA and Korea), Tosco and Airborne Express as well as executive positions with Optimumpay and Hanssem Incorporated. Her experience has led her to successfully demonstrate expertise in not only operations, management, product development and localization but also as an industry recognized voice in the Asian enterprise software industry. She is also the author of "How to Survive in Korea's Corporate Environment," which was published by Random House Korea in 2004.

Al Dalupan will serve as the Director of U.S. Sales and Marketing and will oversee national sales and marketing activities, including management and development of relationships with strategic alliances and consulting partners and direct channel sales to large enterprises. Al comes to CSS from FNC where he served as a Senior Manager and was the top revenue generator for the past two years. Al joined FNC on the heels of the dotcom bubble burst, and while other firms struggled to generate sales, Al led a successful sales program turnaround that resulted in a 400% revenue increase for the period.

James Moon will be serving CSS as a member of the Board of Advisors where he will advise and consult CSS's future business strategies. Currently James is the CFO of eBay-Asia Pacific where he is responsible for the finance function for all of Asia Pacific. Prior to joining eBay, James served as the Senior Director of Finance for Oracle-Korea where he directed the financial operations, overseeing the growth of the company from $16 million in revenues to over $200 million.

In addition to these three individuals, CSS will undergo C-Level reorganization where former VP of Sales and Marketing, Tae Oh will assume the role of CSS's new CEO. Jacob Dreyband, Co-Founder and former CEO, will transition to the COO position to round out the executive team. "By having this new infusion of talent, it allows the officers already present to settle into more natural job roles," said Jacob. "Now we can concentrate on transitioning the company from a niche provider to an enterprise wide solutions provider on a global scale. These following months are going to be a fun ride."
