Tae W. Oh, CEO
Tae joined CSS in 2005 and brings 25 years of diverse business and legal background.
While at CSS, he has overseen the establishment of CSS APEC Headquarters,
CSS Global Partner Program and implementation of a new business and marketing direction. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance from the University of Santa Clara
and Jurisprudence Degree from the University of San Francisco, School of Law.
Jacob Dreyband, Co-Founder and COO
Jacob brings more than 20 years of experience in the software
industry. Jacob has direct responsibility of all research
and development of CSS products as well as overseeing the
operational side of the company. Jacob is an original author
of company' technology and still continues his contribution
in this area. Jacob holds an MS in Computer Science and Applied
mathematics. Michael R. Baudler, CFO and Board Chairman
In June of 2002 Michael was appointed the Chairman and CFO of Creative Science Systems, Inc. During his tenure, Michael has successfully overseen the Series A fundraising, the growth of the Board of Directors and the Board of Advisors. Michael graduated from the University of California at Davis with a degree in Economics.
Alex Tselovalnikov, CTO
Alex joined Creative Science Systems in February 2003 with over 20 years experience in the software industry. During his time with CSS, he has been responsible for spearheading the next generation of CSS Enterprise Software solutions. Alex holds an MS in Physics from St. Petersburg State University in Russia.
Michael R. Baudler, CFO and Board Chairman
In June of 2002 Michael was appointed the Chairman and CFO

Carl W. Collins, Board Member
Carl W. Collins received his Bachelor of Science Degree in
Business Administration with major degree conferred in Economics
from Pennsylvania State University in 1973. He received his
Jurisprudence Doctorate from Delaware Law School and was admitted
to the California State Bar in 1983. Mr. Collins is a partner
in the law firm of Altman & Collins LLP since 1986.
Joe Caldwell, Board Member
Joe was the co-founder and CEO of US Internet Corporation,
a Minneapolis-based privately held corporation, and one of
the nation's largest Internet Service Providers. He has also
served as the co-founder, co-chairman, and President of communications
agencies Web Unique, Inc., Net Lifestyles, Inc., and Communications
Link, Inc. Currently; he is the CEO of Marix Technologies.
Dr. C.S. Park, Advisory Board Member
Dr. Park served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Maxtor Corporation from November 2004 until May 19, 2006 and as Chairman of Maxtor's Board of Directors from May 1998 until May 19, 2006, and served as a member of its Board from February 1994 to May 19, 2006. Dr. Park served as Investment Partner and Senior Advisor at H&Q Asia Pacific, a private equity firm, from April 2004 until September 2004, and as a Managing Director for the firm from November 2002 to March 2004. Prior to joining H&Q Asia Pacific, Dr. Park was with Hynix Semiconductor, Inc. and Hynix Semiconductor America Inc. in various capacities from 1996 to 2002, including serving in the positions of Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Park is a member of the board of directors of STATS ChipPAC Ltd., and Smart Modular Technologies Inc.
Dr. Kurt Moosmann, Advisory Board Member
Dr. Moosmann, managing director for Societe Internationale de Finance in Zurich, studied at the University of Zurich earning his doctorate of law. From 1998-2003 he worked for the financial conglomerate Deutsche Bank eventually becoming the Head of Financial Planning for Deutsche Bank's (Suisse) International operations located in Geneva, Switzerland. While at Deutsche Bank, Dr Moosmann earned his MBA in International Wealth Management at the University of Carnegie Mellon.
Alexandre Okmianski, Advisory Board Member
Before joining CSS, Mr. Okmianski co-founded AddGlobe, LLC and established and advocated for Open Space Association, a non-profit organization with the mission of promoting advanced Russian space technologies in the U.S. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Okmianski served as the Vice President of Nixxon Chemical Group, Inc. in San Francisco. Alexandre was responsible for setting up CSS Omsk subsidiary as well as CSS professional services group.
James Moon, Advisory Board Member
James joined CSS in 2005 bringing with him a prominent enterprise software solution background. For 10 years, beginning in 1995, James served as the Director of Finance for Oracle Corp-Asia where he presided over the company's growth to $200M in annual revenues. Currently James holds the position of Chief Financial Officer for eBay, Inc-Asia Pacific where he is overseeing the finance functions in Korea, China, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and India
Sal LaBarbera, Advisory Board Member
Sal founded Barbera Venture Capital Corporation (BVC) in 1997, a family owned venture capital group which invests in a variety of startup companies. BVC invested in Enviro Waste Systems, where Sal actively serves as chairman and CEO. Prior to BVC, Sal founded Terra Commercial Real Estate Corporation in the late 1970's and served as Chairman and President until 1997.
